SwannOne Link is an app that allows users to access their Swann Smart-Series video surveillance cameras and SwannOne Smart Home functionality from one app. The app enables users to control their Swann video security cameras, SwannOne devices, and smart home commands, along with over 100+ smart home devices and home mode settings and rules from anywhere.

Software Features and Description

1. The app seamlessly configures many settings from your handset or tablet, allowing you to control your Swann video security cameras, SwannOne devices and smart home commands, along with over 100+ smart home devices and home mode settings and rules from anywhere.

2. The SwannOne Link enables access of your Swann Smart-Series video surveillance cameras and SwannOne Smart Home functionality from the one app.

3. When using 3G/4G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have.

4. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.

5. Note: Current model handsets and tablets are recommended for high resolution playback and live viewing 8 cameras at once.

6. Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann Smart-Series DVR via 3G/4G or WiFi.

The playback feature does not work. We should be able to rearrange the order of the cameras on the screen, just like on my tv with the mouse pad. The app viewing is nice. Better than on the tv. Fix the two problems above and 5 stars.
App is beyond slow

The app is beyond slow, and it always "failed to open" when I try to view any channel. It's beyond ridicules. Do something about speeding the app and the whole failed to open thing

In addition to a previous review I submitted I have come to learn this app reports incorrect encoding information compared to what the DVR settings can be for each camera, for example refresh rate. Please fix the issues and shortcomings
