Software Features and Description

1. PKU Gateway is a free app that allows users in the campus of Peking University to easily access the campus network.

2. It is developed and maintained by Computer Center of Peking University.

3. Thanks to Cody Abbey from Yenching Academy of Peking University for helping with localizing this app.

4. * May be added to iPhone and iPad's Notification Center's Today view (iOS 8 or later).

5. * Reset passwords using cell phones registered at Computer Center.

6. This app supports both Chinese and English languages.

7. It can run on iPhone and iPad.

Install PKU Gateway app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PKU Gateway"
The search will reveal the PKU Gateway app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PKU Gateway is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PKU Gateway.
Now enjoy PKU Gateway on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PKU Gateway,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PKU Gateway" » then Click "Install".
- PKU Gateway will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
