I downloaded this app and soon found out it’s useless to me. Cardio does not include walking or swimming. I’m 60 and cannot do hard cardio anymore. Walking and swimming are great for exercise but I guess this app is only for young people in peek condition like I was in my 30’s and 40’s. People do age, but the app developers obviously didn’t take that into consideration.
