Download and install the Keelo - Strength HIIT Workouts app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Keelo"

  1. Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
    • Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
    • After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

  2. For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

  3. Installing Keelo:
    • Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
    • Search for "Keelo" » Click "Install" to install Keelo - Strength HIIT Workouts

    This is probably the best workout buddy I’ve ever had. I used to be part of a great Crossfit gym a couple of years ago and this app reminds me of that gym. At the gym (I call it gym when most call it a box) you walk in, sign in, mingle, then do what they say and wait for great results. The only thing I would have to do extra was write down lifts, times and reps for workouts, and calculate percentages for 1 rep max lifts. It was awesome. Well I moved away and was not able to find a home box in my new location. I needed to fitness so I am able to work. Two years later, I find this app. With this app, you put in a little information about your and poof, a personalized program just for you. The program scheme is just like my old gym/box; warm-up, lift, then metcon. I was nice and tight. this app also breaks down your 1 rep max on lifts so you wouldn't have to. One fun option this app gives you is your fitness balance. I’m not really sure if it matters to me, but it’s fun to look at after workouts. I love this app. Hats off to the creator. You really did a great job with providing an app that meets all needs a person looking to better their fitness is looking for. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    4 stars - app is solid and workouts are solid. I’m a former cross-fitter and need to be able to do these workouts on my own in different locations and with different equipment (I travel for work and can’t always find a box). I don’t feel the pressure that I sometimes felt at the boxes I would go to and I can fully control my weight and limit my injury risk. I love how the app tracks all of my reps - no more whiteboards or chalk to track reps and sets. The videos are great and am glad there is the option to download them. The other huge benefit is that the workouts are tracked to ME and what I have done and my past workouts. Going to an actual Crossfit box, I could miss a day mid week and then miss legs or some other key workout. With this app, it follows my schedule and If I switch my workout days, I never miss anything. this app team - thank you! If you’re reading for improvements, a few ideas to get this app from very good to great: 1. Have the ability to save filter ‘groups’ with names for equipment and movements to eliminate. For example, my “on the road” set of filters or my “home” set - I travel for work and would like to switch all the filters from one group to another without going in one by one. To change what equipment I may or may not have for a given week/workouts. 2. Have the countdown warning beeps on all exercises to give indication of remaining time (or make the setting configurable. Overall, well worth the money!

    I used to be an avid and dedicated crossfitter but lost steam due to work schedule conflicting with the gym schedule. I created my own home garage gym about a year ago and have struggled with making my own programming to the point where it burned me out even more. Over the past few months I have gotten into cycling but it wasn’t giving me the whole body and strength type workout that I desired. I found this app earlier this week and after 3 days I am in LOVE! This app has everything that I need to succeed in my home gym without the hassle or extra thought on top of an already busy schedule. Every day is a different workout that incorporates lifting and WODs, and on top of that there’s an individual unique warm up and cool down each day. As an added bonus there’s also a pretty active online community that you can share your progress with and compare your workout score that still gives you the personal feeling that you get at a community box. Would recommend this app over and over! Keep up the good work.

    Thanks to this app I’m actually excited to work out now! I love that it makes a game out of working out by making you earn points and charting your progress. Before this app I would go through a workout half heartedly, never really knowing if what I was doing was effective. But now with this app I know I have to push myself through every single conditioning workout, even when it gets challenging because if I don’t my score will drop. It really pushes me to give it my all each time and actually burn calories! I also like the combination of strength moves with conditioning workouts each day. It is well rounded compared, and the variety of workouts and equipment is good to target different body parts and keep me from getting bored. Also, it’s nice that it has the warm up and cool down videos. I think this is something missing from other apps, and because it’s offered I actually do them. I’ve been looking for a good workout video or app the past few months and am so happy to have found this app!
