- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Memento Smart Frame"

Not good enough considering the $$$

This is a gorgeous looking frame that cost a lot of money. The app doesn’t match the expectations I had for such an expensive home accessory. The result is that we rarely even try to change the photos because the app has of so many problems. In fact, we didn’t even bother downloading the app again I bought a new iPhone a couple of months ago because why bother? Most of the time we try to change up the photos using this app before, it would seize up or the photo transfer would never complete.

Just horrible

Ok I have had a the app frame for a year now and have patiently waited for the app to be improved, but that is obviously not happening. It’s absolutely abominable and the company should be deeply ashamed. It constantly keeps crashing and if it doesn’t then it takes forever to upload a picture. It’s incredibly frustrating. I have a $1000 digital frame on the wall that barely works the way it’s supposed to. It’s a disgrace 🤬

App Crash as a Design Feature

The app crashes all the time making this an unusable product. The frame is worthless without an operational app and this app is not operational. Looks like product was sold, it is somewhat obsolete, and they owners just don’t care.
If you are looking for the app, it is because you probably already bought the frame. If so, you are s*^t out of luck.

App needs a lot of tuning up

Have had the frame for over 2 years, and I love it. But the app needs a lot more attention. It is inconsistent and sometimes just flat out doesn't work. Great product, but poor software/app. This should have been addressed a long time ago, but it's still chugging along in first gear. Please address this. It's long past due for a substantive upgrade.
