Install Smart View - Cast Device to TV app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Smart View"
The search will reveal the Smart View - Cast Device to TV app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Smart View is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Smart View.

This app is so easy to use and works as advertised. The developer is also concerned that he delivers. Every time you start a new streaming video a non annoying pop up asks if you video is working! Wll done, most complicated apps where so many variables exist, which usally don’t work, it such a welcome surprise when they do.

I very appreciate that you make this app free for someone like me because in my country its very hard to charge apple account instead of that the new update made it very faster no lag and video cut all i can say is thanks tv cast team because you don't think just in money

I love this app. Controls my tv perfectly. It would be good to include the full features of Samsung sound bars to control sound rather than just the volume. Something to think of when updating
