Bluetooth not working

The app does NOT work. The grip is therefore not working with bluetooth... the app support is useless and advizes to put the app on another phone... Which is insane. How many phones does one need to have? I want to use it on the only phone I have. Iphone7+, ios10. Someone needs to check this app out... Extremely annoying!
Crashes on all my devices

It worked great the first few months, but now the app crashes as soon as I attempt to connect. Happens on a IPhone 6+, iPhone 7, and iPad Air. Pretty much ruined my shots of the Super Blue Blood Moon. I had to use the 2 second timer instead of this remote.
