1. - Call the 112 emergency number from any screen of the app; that call will also appear (with the data of the caller) in the Euskotren Incident Manager and the SOS Deiak Coordination Centre.

2. - The online app establishes your position and tells you which is the closest station/stop for your chosen transport, along with the next two departure times.

3. The Euskotren official application is available in Basque, Spanish, English and French.

4. - Report anti-social behaviour that may occur in the train/tramway and/or station/stop.

5. - The ON-LINE feature allows information updates in real time.

6. - Search by selecting station/stop start/end, day and time.

7. - Send in your Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and Appreciation.

8. - You do not need to register, just download the app to use the above features.

Install Euskotren app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Euskotren on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Euskotren"
The search will reveal the Euskotren app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Euskotren is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Euskotren.
Now enjoy Euskotren on PC.
