Download and install the Sricam app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

New issues

Recently after bring up the App, it would first bring up popup box asking to use my location or turn on GPS! If you cancel, it won’t come up correctly. Other times it comes up first with the iPhone Settings. I reduced that and then I am able to access the camera page and select cameras. But every time now it bring the Settings first. How do I get it back to normal?
Also, I took one of my cameras offline but don’t know the 6 digit camera number. How do I get that so I can re-add it to my app?

What happened. Everything gone.

It has been working fine for 2 years and received an update today and app doesn’t see any of the cameras. Everything is gone. Looks like it was first installed. I just noticed if I logout and then back in itsees my name and login but only keeps trying to load. i would give this ap 5 stars till today. Is there a fix being done today?

Stop updating!!

Cameras worked great for 2 years. Updated 2 weeks ago and they all stopped working. The next update made them work on data only no WiFi (which was fine at least I could still use them). Then they got that fixed, but they would tune out several times before opening. Now another update and they only work on WiFi in my home. Which does me no good. I don’t need to use them while I’m home. Fix them please. It’s ridiculous to keep having so many updates.

Cameras crash

We have a couple of cameras and they will crash or say they’re offline even though the light shows they’re online. Our internet works just fine. This problem happens with hardwire and WiFi connections.
The app is rather difficult to navigate, there’s no explanation or definitions of what does what or how to change XYZ.
This is the true definition of, you get what you pay for!
Will not purchase anymore of these products and will keep them as a back up only!
