Download an Android emulator for PC:

Lots of scenarios. But, it won't let me upload a photo from my albums. It gives the option to load, move & scale, and use, but then reverts right back to camera mode. Fix this bug & it's 5 stars.
Still could use some tweaks

I like the concept a lot, because I really like the other this app app... I think if you could put those 2 together, they would be on to something.
Can’t upload pics from photos

Unable to upload/ use photos from saved photos. Only prompts to scale and move otherwise can click cancel. Stupid and I paid for this app!
