Install Foxit PDF Reader app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Foxit PDF Reader"

Buggy

I've been using the Windows version of the app for a bit of years. Since moving to macOS over the summer, I've noticed this version seems to be pretty buggy and lacking in features. The pinch-to-zoom is faulty, you can't change the order of the tabs (open PDFs) once they're open, the typing in the search field works when it wants to, etc. It's just entirely too buggy.
Old version on App Store. Get it from Foxit website instead!

I really like the app Reader, but the version on the macOS App Store is pretty old, at version 2.4.1. In comparison, at the time of writing (October 2019) version 3.3.0 can be installed from the the app webwite.
Uninstall and Reinstall - Twice so far

Twice in 2 months of using this software I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app after it would no longer open a document. Otherwise I like it. I’m wondering if the $4.99 version doesn’t have this problem?

The scrolling is much improved versus earlier versions. However, the app still crashes regularly. I don't have this problem with the windows version. I'm about to abandon the software altogether.
