Install gTasks Pro - for Google Tasks app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Works great

The “Reminders” app that comes with Apple is nice enough, but it is very limited. I have installed this app on my MAC as well as on my iPhone and iPad. Sync is fast and reliable. Different lists so I can separate my two businesses into their own groups plus personal stuff in another, a real plus. I don’t need the sub-task feature often, but when I have a project with multiple steps it is very useful. The only ding I would give it is that one time the syncing just stopped working. After trying everying I could not get it to work again. I sent an email to their support by way of the “link” and never received a reply. I don’t expect much service for free apps, but when a user has paid for this on muliple platforms, I’d expect at least a response. In the end, I reinstalled the MAC app and it started working fine. That has only happened once in 7 months. I don’t expect it to be a recurring problem. Still giving it 5 stars as it works well, but customer service should not include a support email address if they don’t intend to respond.

I’ve been looking for a while for an app that managed tasks that was simple enough to actually want to use, but complex enough to categorize tasks per the different hats I where. This does a great job at all of that. It also syncs with my iPhone, which was a feature that was important to me. The one bummer, and kind of a big one, is that it doesn’t sync with google calendar. So it works as a task list, but not as a day planner, which would have been ideal. For the price, it’s a great app, and I’ll be using it for a while until I find something that meets ALL of my needs.
Great On-The-Go

I am a regular user of Trello and Atlassian products, but there are times during the day that I need to take quick tasks that are not swift when trying to use a larger product suite. This has been a perfect addition to all my devices to quickly drop in tasks and notes before building cards when I don't want to be running around with my laptop, or futzing with the less-than optimal experience of the mobile apps for other products. It's quick and easy, and has ensured hallway discussions get captured and not lost.

This is a great App. Only a few things I’d like to see that would move my rating from 4 starts to 5: (1) Have a way of accessing related gmail from the app, (2) more keyboard shortcuts, and (3) allow me to manually update it, rather than automatically updating each time I change back to the App’s window. Right now I jump back and forth between the app and Google Tasks in the browser so I can access the related email to my tasks. This is a key feature of Google tasks—being able to link an email conversation to a given task. Having that feature in the app would make this a killer app. I’m a little disappointed that there are not more keyboard shortcuts in the App. I might be able to customize some of this with custom keyboard shortcuts, but because custom keyboard shortcuts work with menu commands, sometimes this may not work all that great. Finally, the update is just kind of annoying when I’ve set a given view and the update resets it when I switch back and forth between the app and another app. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if there were just a button (and a shortcut key) to allow me to update the app when desired.
