NOTE: The iOS apps work well. Mac app is buggy and useless. Their customer service is the worst. Can be a bit slow to connect. Don’t know if that has to do with the blockers that I use. Pros Good speed on all devices. Notifications of secure v unsecured connections. Blocks unsecured connections on the Mac. Cons Cannot whitelist trusted networks. However, given the speed and reliability of the app, this may not matter.

Unfortunately now that I connect the VPN, all the virtual locations are grayed out. Therefore I cannot select any other location to connect to. It used to be great, but now I’m disappointed. Now they can not even get right the "reset password" feature. I never receive the email. I would not true a "tech company" with these types of incompetence. I would like to get a refund.
