What is RUMlogNG2Go?
RUMlog is an app designed for amateur radio enthusiasts to log their contacts. It is compatible with the Mac logger RUMlogNG and allows users to use the same log file on their Mac computer. The app includes features such as logging fields, exchange of logs, import and export of ADIF files, DXCC, heading and distance calculations, and identification of eQSL and/or LoTW users during logging. It also includes features such as sunset and sunrise calculations, direct log upload to eQSL, direct QSL download from eQSL and LoTW, and integrated telnet DX cluster.

- Importing QRZ's logbook adif file is difficult and requires manual correction.
- The app does not recognize adif files in iCloud.
- Exporting RUMlog as an adif file is not available.
- The app is not user-friendly and requires more testing for the iPhone platform.
- Importing and exporting adi files needs improvement.
- Better documentation is needed, such as the requirement for locator characters to be in all caps when editing and saving a record.
- Backward compatibility with other logging software is not considered.
- The app prompts for a rating too frequently.
