Software Features and Description

1. This is a simple tool for the Elecraft automatic antenna tuner KAT500.

2. If you use a non Elecraft radio, the application reads frequency information from your logger via UDP broadcasting.

3. It is NOT a replacement of the Elecraft KAT500 Utility application.

4. You can place the tuner where it is more convenience for you and control it via this application.

5. It duplicates the controls and indications from the front panel and it shows some further more internal states.

6. This allows the tuner to recall saved memories.

Install KAT500UI app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using KAT500UI on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "KAT500UI"
The search will reveal the KAT500UI app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once KAT500UI is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including KAT500UI.
Now enjoy KAT500UI on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native KAT500UI Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use KAT500UI,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "KAT500UI" » then Click "Install".
- KAT500UI will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
