What is Qigong? The Qigong for Women app is a video-based app that offers 65 minutes of detailed qigong video lessons. The app is designed to help modern women learn ancient healing wisdom to improve their health. The app is beginner-friendly and offers simple, follow-along Qigong exercises, including a Chest Set, Abdomen Set, Kidney Set, Combined Healthy Balance Qigong set, and a Yin Essence Meditation. The app is created by Lisa B. O'Shea, a certified YMAA qigong master, and certified qigong therapist with the Chinese Healing Arts Center.
1. Qigong can be effective in helping people with insomnia, stress-related disorders, depression, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, and problems with the immune system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, bioelectric circulatory system, lymphatic system, and digestive system.
2. O’Shea is a certified YMAA qigong master, a certified qigong therapist with the Chinese Healing Arts Center founded by Master T.K. Shih, and certified in reiki and hypnotherapy.
3. This gentle Qigong exercise is a highly effective way to reduce stress, increase energy, enhance healing, and generally improve your quality of life.
