1. The table O2 is a series of static breath holdings with the increase of breath holding time at a constant rest time.

2. The table CO2 is a series of static breath holdings with the decrease of the rest time at a constant breath holding time.

4. Apnea Tables – this is an app for the training of the breath holding in static air (static apnea) for spearfishers and freedivers.
