As a veterinarian on this app, I'm frustrated with the glitches that are preventing me from answering questions that people are paying for. For any customers that are not having your questions answered, contact customer service! Your veterinarian may be trying, but unable to answer you. Overall, this could be a great education platform for pet owners.
