Install Google Spotlight Stories app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Google Spotlight Stories on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Google Spotlight Stories"
The search will reveal the Google Spotlight Stories app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Google Spotlight Stories is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Google Spotlight Stories.
Now enjoy Google Spotlight Stories on PC.

✔ Pros:

- The app provides a great experience even without VR.

- The existing stories are enjoyable and engaging.

☹ Cons:

- Lack of VR functionality limits the overall experience.

- No new stories have been added since the app's release.

- Navigation within the VR interface is not possible, requiring users to remove their phone from the headset to change videos.

- Customer service, customer friendliness, and user-friendliness could be improved.

The stories and experiences are awesome, but...

I just wish there was a way to navigate to other videos within the vr interface, so that you don’t have to take your phone out of the headset every time you want to change the video. It’s a major bummer.

This would be a much better experience if VR was used instead but it's still great. Also, there haven't been any additional stories added since this app came out, hopefully more will come soon. I hope this is just a sample of what is to come instead of all we're going to get.
