To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MÁV" » then Click "Install".

Terrible customer service

When you buy ticket online you can’t use the pdf ticket or print the ticket by yourself, you can only collect the paper ticket from their machines which are only in Hungary. Then why do you sell international tickets which originate from other countries, and why do you call it an e-ticket? Tried to contact them but their customer service is rude and helpless, will never choose that company again, even when travel inside Hungary.

Website is ridiculous. You purchase a ticket then have difficulty retrieving the actual ticket. Ferihegy train station has all three of their elevators out of service for at least 2 years. If you have kids and a stroller good luck trying to get from one platform to another. Wheelchairs are another story. Mav needs some all around restructuring!
Time zone issues

It should allow choosing time zone. When I want make reservation the program assumes i do it according to my local timezone and not the Hungarian time zone.
