But this app, though absolutely and completely incapable of doing what it claims it is for, is here, for download, right now. Years of one star reviews and apple doesn’t see any reason to investigate?
I did have the app work a while ago but I avoid using the voicemail system through the app and would prefer to turn it entirely off (they say I can’t). I recently saw that I have a message in my in box because (probably spam) called that number directly. I’d like to clear it out but can’t with this tool.
The thing is happy to demand my contacts and never even allow me through to a voicemail “lobby,” or “home screen.” Just settings and contacts. No thanks.

Can’t see my voicemail!!!!

I’ve been using this app for years. Besides a few months last year when all of a sudden it stopped notifying me when I had a voicemail, it’s worked pretty well. Until the other day! Now I can’t view my voicemail box. Nothing there!!!!! No option. To view it!!! Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with the app. They gave me obstructions which I KNEW wouldn’t work but they told me to press *72 on my cell (which is Verizon) and that would give me instructions. Surprise!!! It didn’t work. I even tried *72 on my land line and it didn’t work there either. What’s wrong with the app!?!?!?!? WORST company ever!!!

App doesn’t work anymore

This App worked nicely up to a couple of months ago. When a call came to our landline, we were notified on our IOS device of a voicemail being left. There was a sound and visual notification of the message there. Now, no notifications of any type. Only when the App is opened to Check voicemail status, does the App light up with a visual notification.
An update is needed to rectify this or we will stay in the dark as to our home voicemail situation.

Used to love this as our phone is a message only phone and I need to know immediately when we have a message left...used to notify me with banner and sound when one came thru but now I only see it (no sound at all) when I open the app and look at message list. This is basically useless to me now. PLEASE CORRECT or UPDATE. Seems to have lost this capability after updating to IOS 10 or 11.
