Install U Guard app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using U Guard on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "U Guard"
The search will reveal the U Guard app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once U Guard is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including U Guard.
Now enjoy U Guard on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native U Guard Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use U Guard,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "U Guard" » then Click "Install".
- U Guard will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Unable to Play Back Video

Streaming can be laggy and unreliable, but currently I am unable to play back any recorded video - the time stamps appear in my “Events” tab, but when I click on a specific video file, a blank black screen appears, and the video never plays. This seems to defeat the purpose of a security system, does it not? This has been an issue for over a week, and there’s seems to be no end in sight.

This App is great!! I can see my front porch live from my smartphone, I can also hear & respond to visitors without going to my front door. The only thing I wish this app could do, is when the notification message is sent to your cell phone alerting you someone is in front of the camera it would show the person. But other then that, it’s a great app!
June 2017 Update

June 2017- The new update works great for me! I can finally open the app in landscape mode without it crashing. Thanks! Sept 2016-I've used this app to monitor our cameras for over a year. Today's update will allow the app to open but it crashes when selecting any camera.
App live stream WiFi only?

Not good when this only works with my home WiFi. I know before was working with me cellular data I think? It is useless when only WiFi works with my phone app. I am not happy about this and if I buy new I have to make sure works with or without WiFi
