6. You can cancel the Pro App subscription at any time and return to the free DW Mobile app by downloading it from the App Store.

Install DW Mobile App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DW on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DW"
The search will reveal the DW Mobile App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DW.
Now enjoy DW on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use DW,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "DW" » then Click "Install".
- DW Mobile App will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

No remote access, no iPad support

Once you leave the house, this app Mobile DOES NOT CONNECT! In these days of much less expensive home monitoring, I have found that I cannot access my camera views from anywhere except my house, unlike ADT, SafeLite Home, Apple. this app Mobile does not support remote access! Unbelievable! Earlier versions of this app Mobile supported streaming on iPads. New version does NOT support mini iPad (version 2) and iPad support is unreliable, live streaming works less than 1 hour! Incredible. The tech staff at this app Mobile App are terrible and do not offer any solutions. this app tech staff acknowledge that earlier versions of this app Mobile App worked on iPads, mini iPads quite well but subsequent updates eliminated many features! Terrible app and horrible support.

Initially it seems awkward. But once you learn how to switch between sites (push and hold until the image “jiggles”, then drag to the display screen) it works very well. Also, it helps to learn the trick how to drag windows around to change the order of the cameras on your display. I like it a lot.
