2. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal as DW Mobile Pro App Subscription.

4. If you experience any crashes or freezes after installation or update, please contact our Technical Support Department at dw-tech@dwcc.tv. A quick email to our support team helps our developers to identify and resolve crashes faster.

5. DW Mobile allows you to view, playback and capture still images from a surveillance system on your smart phone and tablet.

6. You can cancel the Pro App subscription at any time and return to the free DW Mobile app by downloading it from the App Store.

Download and install the DW Mobile App app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DW on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DW"
The search will reveal the DW Mobile App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DW.
Now enjoy DW on PC.

Using DW on Mac OS:
Install DW Mobile App on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.

How to download and use DW App on Windows 11

To get DW on Windows 11, check if there's a native DW Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing DW:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "DW" » Click "Install" to install DW Mobile App
- DW Mobile App will now be available on your windows start-menu.

No remote access, no iPad support

Once you leave the house, this app Mobile DOES NOT CONNECT! In these days of much less expensive home monitoring, I have found that I cannot access my camera views from anywhere except my house, unlike ADT, SafeLite Home, Apple. this app Mobile does not support remote access! Unbelievable! Earlier versions of this app Mobile supported streaming on iPads. New version does NOT support mini iPad (version 2) and iPad support is unreliable, live streaming works less than 1 hour! Incredible. The tech staff at this app Mobile App are terrible and do not offer any solutions. this app tech staff acknowledge that earlier versions of this app Mobile App worked on iPads, mini iPads quite well but subsequent updates eliminated many features! Terrible app and horrible support.

Initially it seems awkward. But once you learn how to switch between sites (push and hold until the image “jiggles”, then drag to the display screen) it works very well. Also, it helps to learn the trick how to drag windows around to change the order of the cameras on your display. I like it a lot.
