Didn’t render correctly

The file I tried to open was a .vsdx. While the basic shapes where there, the text ran together and some of the shapes were filled black rather than transparent. Both Sharepoint and the app Viewer rendered the file correctly, so I don’t think it was the source file.
CRASH and BURN

this ap crashes constantly. Can’t look at a single document without it crashing. At least it is consistant.
