Best Keto Diet App!

I am doing a the app diet and it wouldn't be possible without the this app. It helps me with my macro and it takes just a few seconds to add food or activities to daily. You can simply speak & track almost anything. It makes it super easy to track your food and activity. It's also really nice that it has a barcode scanner to look up different food items and give you all the info you need about that item. Moreover it's free

This app is perfect if your on a the app regiment. It calculates your Marcos etc. Which a huge challenge for me. I almost gave up on the app until I found this app. Now calculating my macros is so easy. And I’m seeing better results in my weight loss. Summer is just around the corner. Can’t wait to show off my new the app Body.

Update: Happy to report that the app it’s up and running and it’s so easy to use and it even has recipes this by far is the best app I have found to help me My family has been using this on their Samsung phones and I have been waiting for it to be released for iOS. Finally it’s here but it doesn’t work. The app will not even open! I hope this gets fixed soon
Looks great, but super buggy!!!

I would definitely recommend looking this app up in the future, but for now, it’s just a buggy mess. Upon first opening the app, I was able to simply accept the ability for it to work with Apple health and most of my vitals were there, then i was able to check out the settings and other options. The floating menu is ok, but could be more obvious/useable as I didn’t see it at one point and thought I couldn’t go anywhere else in the app. But after using a few moments, I was booted from the app. I tried remaining a few times but only got some odd opaque screen then back to iOS home. I deleted the app and reloaded, where I connected again to the Apple health info, but I’ve past that, I got the same opaque screen. I hope these bugs get squashed, but until then, this app is a no-go.
