Install On Instruments app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "On Instruments"
The search will reveal the On Instruments app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once On Instruments is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including On Instruments.
Now enjoy On Instruments on PC.

This is a great training tool for IFR students and rusty pilots. It helps develop and practice a good scan, and it teaches the most fundamental principle of Instrument flying: Attitude + Power = Performance Level flight: half bar up + 2200 rpm Ascent at 500fpm: 5 degrees up + 2400rpm Descent at 500fpm: 5 degrees down + 1800 rpm Level turn: half bar up + 2300rpm Besides that, the game/challenge format of this app is brilliant, as it motivates IFR students to try harder.
