Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "apeFilter"
The search will reveal the apeFilter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once apeFilter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including apeFilter.
Now enjoy apeFilter on PC.

The app works as advertised and has all of the options you'd want. It's an excellent way to change up your sounds in sync with other Link sources. At first it may seem like your average filter until you really understand and utilize what this thing can do. Spend a bit of time and really listen to what you're trying to achieve. It's probably the best ipad filter and I'd put it up against some the filters I use in Ableton and Logic.

The only other filters that come close are Auria Pro plugins, but this is more fun. The apps by this developer get updated regularly and are extremely well thought out, raising the standard for the quality of iOS music-making in general.
