Install MIDI Thru app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

I’m running OS X 10.11.4, and when I launch the app, no UI appears and no icon appears in the taskbar. In Activity Monitor I can see a this app process, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything.
