Game Features and Description

1. A new puzzle concept for word puzzle enthusiasts: SPELLPIX combines PathPix and word search fun.

2. Draw bright, bold lines of color as you spell out words on the letter grid.

3. All the words begin and end on circled letters with matching colors.

4. SPELLPIX is an original game from Kris Pixton and KpixGames, makers of the hit puzzle game, PATHPIX.

5. ---Find words of 3 or more letters that start and end on CIRCLED LETTERS.

6. ---Connect letters HORIZONTALLY and VERTICALLY, but NOT diagonally.

7. ---Use up all the letters in the grid.

8. ---The starting and ending letter circles must be the SAME COLOR.

9. Your job is simple - just find the letters that go in between.

10. As an extra reward you get a quip or quote related to the picture.

11. The colored word paths will make a little PICTURE.

Install SpellPix app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SpellPix on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SpellPix"
The search will reveal the SpellPix app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SpellPix is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SpellPix.
Now enjoy SpellPix on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SpellPix,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SpellPix" » then Click "Install".
- SpellPix will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Very engaging untimed puzzles, like PathPix but with words. The harder puzzles have some really neat words and lots of false leads (other words you can make that won't work). I also really appreciate it being universal (unlike most of the PathPix games, though the iPhone versions play just fine on iPads). This and PathPix are some of my all time favorite puzzle apps. They are also excellent value for the money: many, many hours of enjoyable puzzles per app. Two minor gripes: I hit the Hint button a bit too often, and (like all PathPix games) I find navigation occasionally frustrating (it moves when I want to draw or visa versa). I would appreciate a mode where one finger drag always draws, two fingers are needed to scroll.

Updated version - I am SOOO happy that the warning that x isn't a word is no longer a popup that I have to dismiss yay!! Still see the warning on bottom of screen which is perfect. How about doing that with PrismaPix? That would be greatly appreciated! -- From screenshots and name, I thought this was a game for kids. Wrong (yay)! Puzzles quickly increase in maximum word length, and the longest is 15 or so. Like PathPix, sometimes you think you have the right word until uh oh, you don't. Same game play as PixelPath. I really like this author's stuff!

P.S. I only have one issue with the game. It's much too easy to accidentally reset a puzzle, especially on the iPhone. I've lost my progress on several occasions. It's PathPix with words instead of numbers. What a great idea! I like this better than regular PathPix, which is great too btw. Keep new levels coming!! I can't put it down and don't want to run out even though there are lots of levels already!

I'm a big fan of the many Pathpix games and wasn't sure I would like this. I like this even better than the rest. I'm hooked!
