Download and install the MeowMeowBeenz - Rate Anything! app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

The this app app was a fictional app that was featured in an episode of the NBC comedy "Community." It gave people the ability to rate each other. Unfortunately, this adaptation does not allow that. It even has trouble functioning. There are problems logging in through facebook and when i try to register. I get trouble too. It took many tries before i could log in, but not through facebook. (I had to make an account which made things a little frustrating, but i thought i should give the app a shot and what i found disturbed me. I found the app to be a horrible adaptation of the app from the episode. Sure that would be hard to create but here is what it tries to do. It has things you can choose to rate. Very random things to choose from. Its the same thing as facebook or tumblr. Basically if you want to like a post or not, just on levels from a scale of 1-5 this app instead of total amount of likes.
The creator could have polished the app more or thought it out better. Maybe allow users to make profiles and then implement a rating system that finally allows users to rate each other. If we can rate each other in real life and on the internet we should be able to rate each other just like they did in Community.

Awesome app. Easy enough to navigate, silly enough to be addicting, and it limits you to just 6 rates per day to ensure you come back for more. I like the idea that you can't rate people, just things, because that's the point of the episode. Rating people will lead to bullying, discrimination, social class divisions & totally Britta anarchy take-over, etc...

It lets you rate anyone you want. It also lets you rate TV shows and movies. It is so good I found out about it on "Community" The TV show in late season 4 or early season 5 it looked like it was cool but at the same time it looked fake and unusual and i thought I'd look for it in the App Store

I think that if you could rate people or create group like in the series would be amazing. I mean if i'm in school i could join the school group and vote people, hang out with friend and vote the starbucks near my home like yep
