Stylez for Pc

1. You agree that the Stylez Service, including but not limited to graphics, videos, user interface, video clips, editorial content, diagrams and text instructions, software and scripts used to implement the Service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Stylez (Hair Construction, Inc.) and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.

2. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Stylez Service in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Stylez Service in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

3. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Stylez Service in compliance with this agreement.

4. No portion of the Stylez Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms.

5. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device.

6. Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.

7. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

8. For Pros who subscribe, payment will be charged to the app store account at confirmation of purchase.
