Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the Whirligig app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Great app! Very useful for decisions you just can’t make. There is one problem. For the custom colors, it is very hard to make grays and browns. Also I wish you could change the background of your wheel so that you could have white for your answers. You should still download it because it’s very useful.

I use the app all the time, but have just one issue with it. If you have a lengthy text as an option, it doesn't show up fully. You'll see the first few characters and then "..." It would be a very easy fix.
Just the type of app I need!
