Great hardware, poor software

The basic functions work fine, and the accompanying drive is excellent, but the app crashes any time I try to backup. I can upload individual files with blazing speed, but have to select them one at a time. Please fix!
Could be better

I can no longer play videos in iTunes format since I did the update to IOS 8. I could never figure out how to download videos and pictures to my iPad from the SSD.
Crashes along with terrible UI - No Support

Worst UI I have seen to date and does not flo well. No way to utilize a hidden network which is mega crazy. I have the this app that goes with this app, going back ASAP. No Mac support, so why is this app here anyway.
Very Buggy Crashes all the time

I can't do simple tasks like create files, copy, paste, it almost always crashes. Will be returning the SSD to best buy before my 14 days are up, not worth the aggravation.
