The search will reveal the NV Roads app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NV Roads is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NV Roads.

Don't bother using this

This app is horrible. It doesn't update the traffic cams enough or post anymore if there was an accident. I was just waiting to get on the freeway, which was at a dead stop and hadn't been moving for a good 5 min and the cameras right by my entrance were showing the freeway was clear. We need a Nevada sig alert app like the one California has.
