Install Weather Edge HD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Weather Edge HD"
The search will reveal the Weather Edge HD app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Weather Edge HD is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Weather Edge HD.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Weather Edge HD,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Weather Edge HD" » then Click "Install".
- Weather Edge HD will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Not the app I was looking for.

I was looking for the well designed app by Off Coast LLC. This one shares the same name and since the other has no iPad version, this one came up. It is not a well designed app. There are numerous formatting issues that results in an unreadable display. Words and graphics overlap or obscure other areas. Graphics run off the screen. The app is slow to respond and jerky as well. I regret wasting the $.99, but at least it wasn't more.
Beware! This Isn’t Like The iPhone App At All!

Like Oxryly, I thought I was getting the iPhone app by the same name. This isn’t it. Wish I had read these reviews first. Info for my location (Plano, TX) is grossly inaccurate. App is unusable for me. Will be asking for a refund. Someone should really pull this app.

The temps are totally inaccurate. Plus, you can't change pressure to inches of mercury. 24hr time can't be changed either. It is august in florida and this dumb app is calling for temps in the 60's!!!!

Not the the app Line HD App I wanted. Very misleading. Also, the app is not optimized for the iPad and looks horrible. It is borderline useless. Highly recommend against buying this.
