Back Asswards
By CarbonLynx (Pcmac user)
This app is the definition of how to not make an app: There is no support for fingerprint log in, or Face ID for instance, and actually logging in to the app is the most cumbersome act possible in an app. Upon login the first screen you see is for first time account setup (Uh you only have to do that once so why is it displayed as the login screen). The actual login screen is this tiny blue text that you have to click that brings you to yet another screen where you can finally input your credentials. This app does not remember them even if you opt for it to. Devs for this app, look at any banking app or other app that deals with financing, and you will notice that immediately upon opening the app, the user is presented with a log in screen, most allow fingerprint or Face ID for even more convenient log in. Apps for financing are supposed to be designed with convenience and ease of use as top priorities. A man in a hard hat making a heart with his hands does not cover up the terrible design of this app.

Don’t use this app
By [Ghost] (Pcmac user)
App is absolutely a nightmare. I’ve never used the app before so I decided to register for an account and then it tells me that I’m already registered so I click login instead and press the “forgot password” button to find out that it wouldn’t work that way either. And they failed to mail me my bills lately so I am now 2 months behind on my payments and owe 800 dollars. Thanks for nothing this app :)
Need to work on your customer service, app and online accessibility.
If I could give a no star review, I would
If I could use a different power company, I would

Trash app
By un4happy (Pcmac user)
This app is terrible. It will ask you to log in every single time. Then if you do they won’t remember your user id or any of your info you enter EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Just trying to pay your bill? Well F#£€ you! Better have your bank account number and routing number saved, or else you can pay them a $2.25 convenience fee. Yep that’s right, it’s a such a hassle for you to pay your bill to them, that they want a convenience fee to use a debit card. Might as well just mail them buffalo nickels and straw penny’s and you might have a better result. This app is the epitome of bad apps.

Bring back the old app!
By Daisybabe88 (Pcmac user)
Paying a bill is so complicated and extra step. When you go to pay by card it makes you enter manually the amount of your bill, but wait it doesn’t show. If you don’t know the exact amount, or remember, you have to back out, which logs you out completely to what you were doing, log in again to VIEW the bill again. And hope you remember the amount again.
So complicated, I like the other app which was quick, easy, saves my card info and a tap and sign away to paying my bill. This app is terrible!
