Install iNeon - Neon signs app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using iNeon on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iNeon"
- The search will reveal the iNeon - Neon signs app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once iNeon is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iNeon.
- Now enjoy iNeon on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use iNeon,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iNeon" » then Click "Install".
- iNeon - Neon signs will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Dumbest App Ever

I picked this app up when I read an article mentioning it was being offered free for a day. I don’t recall what the price would have been, but suffice to say if I’d paid for it I’d be awfully angry.
This is the most pointless app I’ve ever seen. You write a word on your screen in various colors? Huh? What in the world is the point of that? It doesn’t scroll, it doesn’t flash. You can’t even fit very much on the screen. It feels like an app that a 6th grader might have made for a middle school computer class.
Skip it, whether it’s free or not.

This app is junk. The fonts are so clunky that you can’t get a single thought, or short name for that matter in the box provided. I thought I was getting an app that scrolled messages...WRONG... Dint waste your money or time with this one.
