What is CliftonStrengths?
The StrengthsFinder app is designed to help individuals discover their unique strengths and understand how to use them to achieve success. The app is based on decades of Gallup research that has identified 34 CliftonStrengths that exist in everyone, with each person having five unique signature strengths that dominate their actions and behaviors.
