Install HeadsUp - Webcam Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HeadsUp"

Once HeadsUp is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HeadsUp.

Ran once, did not load again

I needed something simple to help me debug a new USB Webcam. It ran once and then never loaded again after repeatedly clicking it and restarting. My machine is up to date and I was expecting a little better performance than this. Although it is simple, it needs to work properly
Switching to another web-cam doesnt work

I can see the other camera under preference, but changing it anything other than the isight doesnt work.
Auto-adjust ratio now working

Defaults to correct ratio, once again usable. Much improved interface. I like the transparency option, but I wish I could use combinations (command-shift-alt to fade, etc.) Would recommend.
Disapointed

Was really hoping this would work for me. I need to embed video in a preso - and found this app - downloaded it and it won't even launch. Arg. And the webcam viewer support page goes to a twitter page with NO content on it - did I just lose $1.99
