Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mini WebCam"
The search will reveal the Mini WebCam app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Mini WebCam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mini WebCam.
Now enjoy Mini WebCam on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Mini WebCam,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Mini WebCam" » then Click "Install".
- Mini WebCam will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Tried in three different browsers on 2 different computer. Never worked. It was free so just wasted time!
Streams very well but...

This is the ONLY app I have found that lets me stream my old iPhones to my MotionEYE OS server. It does this very well at medium resolution.. The ONLY thing I do not like about this app is that it does not have the option to setup a username and password to protect the feed. Please update this app to include that feature and I will gladly buy a "Pro" version!
Didn’t install

I download on an iPod and ended up with a different product when it said “installing” ends up being Skype Home, which doesn’t work. It seems to be a fake link to another product and Skype doesn’t work for older version of iOS.
Horrible just HORRIBLE!!!!!!
