Unusable on High Sierra

Recently formatted MacBook (bought on 2013) and installed High Sierra. Almost nothing installed, try to install this app, but unfortunately it is unusable, all I get when I try to use it is a dialog saying:”this app needs permission in order for the Files pane to provide access to your file. Please slect the file “null” an dthen click Allow." I have no idea what it wants. It is a shame, it worked so nicely before moving to High Sierra :-( To be fair HighSierra has caused all sorts of trouble, so this app is likely just another victim of the issues of this release...
Doesn't work on High Sierra

I can't believe that after almost a month, there is still not an update for High Sierra. I would "undestand" for a small startup company for their little 1.99$ software.. but not from this app. The response from support is "I received notices about this earlier and have already posted a bug report about it. Our developers are working on the issue. I do not know how soon they will have an update ready. I do not have any suggestions for use on High Sierra, as it simply seems to be incompatible right now." So.. That's it?

A little unintuitive to use at times but allows me to send password protected/ encrypted pdfs to others and have never had an issue with the recipients being unable to view the documents

I have been using this app since it was launched in 1993. It has had growing pains here and there. All in all I can not see myself using other archiving utilities. this app is the best.
