Install Lorex_Mobile_HD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Crashes frequently and lack of event replay

Both iPhone and iPad Apps are unstable and quit frequently. Regarding the iPad App only: when displaying a single camera's view, approximately 30% on the camera's left field of view is clipped (not displayed). Curiously, each camera's entire field of view is displayed when all the camera images are displayed on the iPad at once. However, this is not helpful when one is trying to scrutinize an activity on an iPad display. It seems like Lorex views software as less important investment than the hardware. Duh, both are required! Fix your software on all the platforms!

Please fix your app, I implore you to fix your app. I bought these cameras after a house burglary for comfort when I am away. I love the system! The video quality is excellent and I've had no issues until this app stopped working in iOS 9 .1. It defeats the purpose of having remote viewable cameras when you can no longer remote view!! Please fix!!!

Totally Useless - Crashes

Crashes when starting up on OS9!!!!!
Also in the past the picture NEVER rotated from portray to landscape when iPad/ iPhone was rotated, and no I did not have the lock screen enabled! It stopped working after OS6!
Stay away from LOREX until they catch up with their software updates! Buy Swann etc instead in the meantime!!!!!!

Complete FAILURE App Has Never Been Updated

app has not kept up with any of the new OS or hardware updates. App immediately fails once you attempt to see your cameras. When it did work the Video wouldn't turn and the time scrolling to see what happened previously stopped working. Loren has great equipment but the service to this app is embarrassing!
