Worst app ever!!!

The only thing worse than their healthcare is their app. This app never works. Last update they supposedly enhanced provider search and now it doesn’t work at all. There is a “use my location” feature to search, yet this is not connected to the location services on the iPhone so you just get a forever spinning circle. The app looks like a 4 year old designed it. Why do they tell people to download this worthless app is beyond me. It’s as useless as their customer service.
Wayyy outdated

This app was clearly built with an outdated SDK .. the app looks like it was built for iOS 8 or something. It doesn’t even fill the whole screen if you have a newer iPhone, the images are blurry, the keyboard is not current.. get it together. They really need to invest in some updates for this app bc right now its total trash. The website looks and feels way better.. of course it strong-arms you into using the app if you want certain info. Lame. Fix this thing ASAP plz

This app is practically useless, first of all I changed my password and then it said there was an error so I tried to type my new password again and it dais i couldn’t use a password from the last 24 hours, soy password changed I was guessing so I tried on the web and it did, so I made it to my account on the app, hoping that it would make my payment easier. WRONG. I pressed “single payment” and it leads to no where
Cant submit Claims via App

The App is too basic, it’s useful to view general info. For example, I can view a Temp ID card, lookup doctors, see Rx coverage info. Etc , but I can’t submit out of network claims for my Out of Network PPO plan. My Car Insurance and My brothers health plan allows them to submit claims via app. Please add the option to submit claims via app. In addition, it would be nice to submit non urgent questions to customer service Via the app.
