i check in once every 1-2 years to see if they have updated this app. it is updated very slowly and the current version is definitely does not sport the latest stuff. i wish this had a capability to view all parts. for example, the asr-9010 is not comprehensive
so i will uninstall this. great potential which has not been realized

Painful updates

Multiple failed attempts to update the app have me questioning my decision to add this app. It would be in the app's best interest to provide a relatively up to date app available for initial download with smaller updates available for addition once the download is complete. Or maybe a better update source. I'll try a few more times; if updates continue to fail/time out, I'll delete this app for good. If other reviews regarding the lack of or missing devices that are still relevant, I'll delete this app regardless (and all other the app apps just because this is the one app I really wanted - no need in wasting time with the rest).

Downloaded 3x, Installed-3x, removed-3x, deleted-2x, no updates, no data downloaded, starting the app would produce a white screen, then a message stating "wait while we...", then it shuts off. I guess they didn't know what we were waiting for (really!?). Don't waste your time. You would think like the app would have put a little more thought and or effort into developing an app that actually worked to promote their product.
