The Cisco Technical Support app is designed to simplify network maintenance and save time by providing tools to troubleshoot issues, research products, update and create Cisco Service Requests, track RMAs, and manage the install base from anywhere, anytime. The app offers basic features to all users and advanced features to Cisco Support Contract Owners.
