What is Cisco Meeting?
The Cisco Meeting App is a virtual meeting room that allows users to meet over audio, video, and web from their iPad and iPhone. Users can join a conversation in a space from wherever they are and with whomever they like. Spaces are virtual meeting rooms that are always available and allow users to see their notes and agenda from the last time they visited.
1. If your company has Cisco Meeting Server, access your space by downloading the client and logging in.
2. Meet your project team in a space and see your notes and agenda from last time you visited.
3. Choose the space you want to join and simply press the green button.
4. To invite someone outside of your organization, email the weblink found at space Info.
5. Meet over audio, video and web from your iPad and iPhone whenever ideas spark.
6. Once you have entered a space, you can invite others with a directory search.
7. Join the conversation in a space from wherever you are and with whomever you like.
8. The invited can securely join a video call using their browser.
