Crash, crash, crash

Can't read it, can't download it. The app is terrible. And I had to call customer service to be able to access my subscription on the computer. If you want to read this magazine, buy it in print. Don't waste your money on the electronic versions.
What a bad app.

It says in-app purchase it is locked unless ups have a long in. Which is silly since you have to go to their website and sign up. So difficult to buy a single issue All I get is a preview button but no button to buy the issue.
Love the magazine, hate the app

I purchased a subscription three issues back, but haven't yet been able to read a single one. Keeps asking me to sign in with an email address and password... the one for my Apple ID is not what it wants. "App Support" takes me to a web page with lots of ads touting New Track Media as the beat solution for print publisher wanting to go digital... Not!
Don't buy the magazine through iTunes

There are three ways to get the app Magazine. Traditional print edition, Digital Edition, and iPad. Plus, if you wait long enough, they put out an annual compilation CD. If you subscribe to the print version, the digital edition comes with it. You have a userid/password with the app Magazine that can be used to bring up the digital edition through the the web browser or also through your iPad. However, if you buy the magazine through iTunes, you can't download it into a web browser, you can only read it through the iPad. THIS IS IMPORTANT. The digital edition has the ability to print out pages, a very useful thing, if you want to make one of the quilts. Also in the digital edition are buttons on some of the patterns to get a PDF file of a full size pattern. The iPad has those same PDF buttons, but there's no way to print any of the other pages. So you get less if you buy it through iTunes and you pay just as much. Boo, hiss... The application itself is OK, except for not printing.
