To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Video Teleprompter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Video Teleprompter" » then Click "Install".
- Video Teleprompter will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Problems with transfers and screen size

There is a problem with the videos when they are sent via email or uploaded to Dropbox. The speaker should appear in the the app in an upright, vertical position. The videos, when saved to iPad camera roll, are high quality and work well. When emailed or uploaded to Dropbox, the speaker in the the app is upside down. I believe it has something to do with how the videos are handled by email programs in OS4 and above, but don't know. Videos kept within iPad environment are fine. Exported (emailed or uploaded to dropbox) videos are useless. The same problem plagues another the app prompter app. Also, why is the the app screen only roughly 1/9 of the total screen area? Why not allow the user to close the speech writing area once text is entered, and open it again for editing? That way, you could enlarge the area devoted to the the app screen, and it would be easier to read the text. If these problems were fixed, this app would rock. As it is, the concept is good, but the layout and use of screen space is problematic, and the the app export function needs a serious fix to make it useable.

This doesn't deserve a rating. You can't stop the recording without it coming on after a few seconds, and the speed, even a the highest level, is too slow for use. Save your money and buy a better product.

This is a crappy app. Most importantly it does not allow ,e to control the speed of the text. The text moves way too fast and there is no way to control it. Wait for the next version or buy another app.
