Having issues with the App.

It has been more than three weeks that I am having issues with the App. It only lets me watch once a day. When I get out of the App, and I try to watch again, it goes black and does not do anything. It was working perfectly before. I am not sure what the issue is and how to fix it. I had chatted with a rep today but was unable to reach a solution. I have tried to delete the App and re-install it so many times, but no success. I hope someone can address this issue. My devices are brand new, ie the latest models. I am not sure if anyone else is having any problems like this besides the occasional black outs on the App. Thank you
Awful Service

Ordered this app just so I can watch the show Patrix. In the week that I’ve had it, I’ve only been able to watch 3 episodes because their app doesn’t work. Not on my TV, phone or iPad. Have called customer service several times. First they asked for 48 hours before their tech department would even look at the problem and then when they couldn’t figure it out, they said my TV was the issue. It’s a brand new TV. I watch 4K shows on it all the time and have NEVER had any problems with other apps. WiFi speed is great too. The problem is ONLY with this app. So disappointing.
Ads are not crazy

Someone was complaining about the ads! They’re not that many. One before each channel change. They make sense. You’re getting access to hundreds of channels and radios for free. What do you want a free belly dance on top of it??? How do you expect the company to pay for your free entertainment. Awesome app. Thank you!
Changing channels

Please change the interface for changing channels. Allow up arrow and down arrow for changing channels when watching a station.
