Install Metronome!! app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Metronome!! on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Metronome!!"
The search will reveal the Metronome!! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Metronome!! is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Metronome!!.
Now enjoy Metronome!! on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Metronome!!,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Metronome!!" » then Click "Install".
- Metronome!! will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Simple, easy to use but flexible. I like that you can set the rate by tapping- to set it to a song you are learning, turn on the song tap your foot, then add your thumb to tap the beat into the app. Neat!

No bells and whistles, just a digitized version of an old fashioned this app. My only ‘complaint’ is when when you turn the volume up hear the max the difference between the downbeat and upbeat becomes negligible.

Seriously, though, I like it. Simple and to the point. It overlays with the music so I can figure out just what the beat is on favorite songs.
